WHAT IS GIVING TUESDAY?
Giving Tuesday is the world’s largest movement of generosity and we want to be a part of it!
Giving Tuesday was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. For Americans Giving Tuesday is the first Tuesday after Thanksgiving and Black Friday and sets people in the giving mindset of the Christmas Season. Since much of what we do in Canada echos American culture, Canadians have fully embraced both Black Friday and now Giving Tuesday to help us kick off the Christmas season.

Join us as we do acts of good to kick off the Christmas season.
What are you going to do:
- Do a closet clean out, sell your unwanted clothes and donate the money to Atwell?
- Bake Christmas goodies and give the proceeds to Atwell?
- Make Christmas ornaments, and handcrafted items and donated the proceeds to Atwell?
- Rake leaves in your neighbourhood and any money you collect, donate to Atwell?
